Wine Bar Sold Out for Educational Dinner By Josie Petersen, The Daily Evergreen, April 26, 2007 Northstar Winemaker David Merfeld will be at The Old Post Office Gallery and Wine Bar to teach audiences Saturday
The Old Post Office Gallery and Wine Bar in Pullman immediately sold out of tickets for its first annual “Meet the Winemaker Dinner.” The event is at 5 p.m. Saturday and will feature a five-course meal paired with wine from Northstar. Merfeld will be there to guide the audience through the various wines served. “Washington state is getting a lot of attention right now. We are only second to California,” Merfeld said. “We’re growing and making some of the best wines in the world. That is something to be proud of.” ...Continue Article
